Management of procurement of medicines and medical devices. 

Stock management of medicines and medical devices, guaranteeing the traceability and expiration control of the products stored in the premises of our organization aimed at satisfying our customers. 

Preparation of contracts/agreements for procurement procedures including the technical characteristics of medicines and medical devices for the establishment of logistical supply criteria. 

Monitoring of economic control with the generation of economic reports for the management bodies of the organization, with the focus on meeting the objectives set in our sustainability strategy.

 

 

Logistics procedure through distribution to different customers with a distribution adjusted to the delivery and periodic replacement established, in order to supply and promptly meet the demands of our customers, as well as the generation of documentation in electronic format preferably that facilitates traceability, expiration and control of the distribution of these.

 

Medicines and medical devices (both in their presentation and in the maximum quantity) are established by agreement between the client and the person responsible for our organization. Our purchasing center carries out the replenishment of medicines and medical devices from a list that indicates the products that have reached a critical level (minimum stock) and the number of units to be replenished. The minimum stock is the one marked by the parties for each product according to the periodicity of replacement and a study of the average consumption of the products by our customers.
